MC told us on AGM call human trials on ENOS wouldn't begin till the fall of this year so one would assume FDA a very late 2021 or early 2022 event. That would be one lie I'd be happy MC made if something happened sooner. I realize some (RT) believe that what MC says doesn't matter and it's all about MDT and end of Q1 and maybe that is true, we will see. I'm more focused on end of agreement around August 2021 but if something happens sooner that moves TMDI's pps higher, great.
Investor has 40k shares and it gets split 4-1, now investor has 10k shares. OS share count is 120M prior to 4-1 RS and 30M after
If the buyout is $4B- that investor makes same amt in return whether he owned 40k shares or got 4-1 rs and owns 10k shares. At this point, so close to end, RS doesn’t matter. It would have matter an whole lot more if they had done it and then did these dilutions.
