Seems what you just described is commonly known as good old MOONSHINE!! Those good old boys in the southeastern part of our country have known for years it can be mixed with fuel and used in their pickup trucks.
We don't have near the amount of corn in this country to replace millions of gallons of fuel, plus feed us all. Is this why China / Gates are buying up thousands of acres of our farm land?
What we do have is an excess of RNG (Methane). Currently near zero emissions. Produced / captured from numerous garbage dumps and manure pits.
