I placed a trade to buy $40,000 of NOK through E*TRADE yesterday. I placed a market trade since the price was going down. It took almost 30 minutes to fill. That has never happened to me in 26 years of trading. It should have filled in a millisecond with this size of stock.........somehow it is definitely being restricted.
