Honestly Lazar just screwed up. It only had 75 million outstanding but he chose to bring it back trading and current instead of fighting the over issued stock. If he would have contested the dividend shares then it would still only have 75 million OS. He chose to raise the AS and cover the 8 billion dividend shares instead of fighting them. How he conned Wei is another story all together that only he and Wei know.

$220k is the going price for a clean shell. Wei doesnt care about the stock price or shareholders so he will RS first order of business before he brings a company into this shell
