Most likely those warrants (Ser Y struck at $12 and Ser N struck at $3 should normally be EXERCISED and held with no Form 4)....if they decide to exercise and sell, I would think we would see a Form 4.

Kind of interesting, too, that option expiration is on 2/19...also.

I have no idea about news, but some are talking about APRIL....maybe on my birthday (April 9th)......ha ha

OT: Oh yeah, forgot about $TSLA now up $34 to $874....makes me feel a little better, I was getting nervous.
