He said it was coming. I would expect to see a few press releases about specific moves they have ALREADY made that we don't know about yet and then, we should get a shareholder letter. If I'm not mistaken, he has NEVER put out a letter in February or March. he usually puts it out end of the year, beginning of the year or another one mid-year. The fact that he said he was in the middle of writing the letter seems odd. He must have something important to say. Hopefully its big.
