Frozen means no movement.

Frozen means no FDA approval to start the CT.

There has been 2 reports since the halt. I think your description is wrong. If it was permanently stopped there would be no more time or money wasted on something that they have already declared frozen.

Maybe after 2 more years of recycling PR pumps about tests, Kenny will pivot, and submit another IND? As in one for Phase 1. When the tests still have relevance. But a Phase 1, or starting from the beginning, isn't as sexy as a Phase 2b is it? Meanwhile Kenny has an easy 2 more yrs of salary. Being paid to issue PR pumps. He's in no rush.
