It's a brilliant piece of DD, with one exception, and that's the bit about hemp. Because China is currently growing massive amounts of hemp and they might have a different, or no, standard about THC levels. And, then, they can give their hemp to their factories to manufacture items for us.
The U.S. market will never be more than niche, probably quite small. Like, "Built in the USA", but we know that cost of production and final sale prices often win out over patriotism.
