What is your valued opinion about dilution :). I could care less about the buying from insiders before the recent pump. Called insider front running.

Looks like dilution will continue frequently.

I'll give you that SurgeGuy. Researched on simply wall street showed Insider Buying: SURG insiders have bought more shares than they have sold in the past 3 months. The total was 1,243,213 shares the pas 0 to 3 and 3 to 6 months. But it did also state the following.

Earnings have declined by 76.1% per year over past 5 years

Has less than 1 year of cash runway

Negative shareholders equity
