What’s more likely is that yes, they are cleaning it up in order to get current to trade on the OTC again, but they have to do a massive share reduction or we’re going nowhere!

The volume is very encouraging because it means after years of nothing, SOMETHING is in the works. Until the company updates, we’re all just guessing...
