CBIS shares are cancelled, that means they don't exist, no matter how deluded former shareholders may be.

I am in the same boat. I saw on icannabinoid they were restructuring but haven’t heard a thing. Is this a bust if so how do I claim my losses, my shares seem to be held up. I called Ameritrade and they said they are holding the shares but cannot do anything with it.
