I would have pulled every penny out of Merrill Lynch and told em later days. You HIRED them as your broker,not your mommy. Sounds like all they want is one of two things or both--to protect their big boy tickers by not allowing OTC trades OR they want peeps cash just setting in their accounts making them millions in interest on it.
