I must give TFF his due as well as payday. SOMETHING major is happening throughout the otc. Multiple stocks that have been dormant for three years have awoken with billions of shares being sold per ticker without news or pr's of any kind. In my humble opinion, I believe the program he spoke of (qrs?) With digital banking is coming. Payday has also spoke of digital banking. MMs would have to cover their short position. This would explain why a bunch of dead companies are having billions in buys
