LOL. Yeah...the OTC is a weird place. Sometimes the best scams are simply the ones willing to tell the biggest lie. ;-)

But there simply is no 13D filing. That posted document is bogus...and isn’t even complete as the first page of a 13D is the meat of the filing and it doesn’t even show that...just the pages after it where someone has simply created a list of the items.

So it was clearly created for pumping purposes only...
