#212646 RE: jealmc79 #212641

"He already sold all of Prodigy’s current production capacity to MK"

there was no talk of production, deliveries or amounts in that pr...nothing has been sold to anyone....yet...just a contract signed worth a potential dollar amount...and the contract was of 4 yrs duration...plenty of time for kblb to fulfill...

there is no reason to believe that polartec still couldnt be a bigger contract with them getting first deliveries...

kblb can sign multiple contracts and spread out production to them in varying increments as they increase their capabilities...

"Nothing like setting one’s self up to be disappointed."

its not a question of disappointment...i want what i want or im back on the sidelines waiting...either this is it, or i wait and put my money to work elsewhere...

"and had to get a quick loan so that he can get more mulberry planted so that he can honor that contract"

kim doesnt need a million dollars to plant trees in vietnam...he can do it with far less...

"I seem to remember you not liking the fact he got that loan or the terms involved."

the terms still suck...kim said he got the loan cause he needed the money...unfortunately, that kind of non explanation is meaningless...

"How bad do you think it would be if he would have to borrow another $20 million or more at that rate so that he can rent/build another facility and get even more mulberry planted?"

that would be a disaster...first of all , there was a farming consortium that got bank loans to plant trees so they could sell the leaves...what happened to all of that?...i dont want prodigy to be in the business of growing trees...i want them in the business of spider silk production...if they have to, i would rather they form another consortium of farmers and let them get a bank loan...if a disaster strikes and all the trees get destroyed, oh well... we just buy leaves from somewhere else..

secondly, how much do you think kim spent getting this facility up and running?...it can handle 40 tons...i guarantee you he did it for a hellofa lot less than $20 mil...all kim needs is a few million...he can open one or two more facilities, and let the revenues generated start working for him...there is absolutely no way in hell he needs $20 mil right now...

if kim gets a few million and gets things going, the pps will rise...in a little over a year kim might be able to get $20 mil simply by diluting 10 mil shares...or he could sell 25 mil shares and generate $50 mil...

theres a difference between a dead broke tiny 13 cent company trying to sell 100 mil shares and a well run, $2 pps growing company with millions in revenue trying to sell 10 mil shares...
