My guess would be because they are junk, they probably go 20mph for 45 minutes and then to be charged for 8 hrs. That would be my guess. I don't see any info on speeds or charge time or motor size. Solo is a road worthy vehicle. Electric lawnmowers cost more then some of these at lowes. These vehicles are hot in China but they can't meet the U.S. safety standards.
