I guess we will see how it plays out. As another poster on here stated, the bigger worry is that they will not jut stop at CE and in the long run they will do it to stop signs, etc killing the whole reverse merger market for investors.

Right - the very nature of what DL does (rehab abandoned shells to make them saleable) involves doing the things that get rid of stop signs, and, in the absence of a rogue promotion, get rid of CEs as well.

I have lots of stocks where I am worried about current or potential trading restrictions, but very few of my DL stocks are ont hat list.
