I’m looking into it. I don’t even think they’re ALLOWED to do an RS during a buyback per SEC rules. It would tighten the float up and make it even more explosive.

Respectfully, they have ALREADY begun the buyback per the 8-k that was recently filed in Nov of last year. $5 million is 1 billion shares at .005.

those A/S are there for merger. buy back is on till june 2021.
