That is a ridiculous restriction. Well the Hedgie Citadel owns of piece of Robinhood so you can guess where the orders come from. They want to get the pps down anyway they can.

I understand they are bleeding clients.

Oh, and it was revealed yesterday that Robinhood had been passing client data and trends with Hedgies also. They need to be investigated and someone sent to prison.
