Time to check reality... Gamestop is in it's early days... was there some dirty dealing? Yes... and the lawsuits have already begun.

Conspiracy theories are rampant at present. If you want a more 'fair' comparison of Gamestop to WDDD.... it would be when ATVI was offered a license, said NO thanks then used our tech.

Some bad things happened years ago... and that's why we are here... don't confuse the marketplace with our Court system.. We are well into the Lawsuit process... not early days like GME.

US Law is based on Common Law a/k/a The Law of Precedence. WDDD has had several Experts rule in favor of our patents and claims... to undo these would take exceptional new evidence to the contrary... which is extremely unlikely. ATVI has tried every trick in the book without success...

So, if we're actively searching for corruption, etc... let's make sure it's apples to apples... or it simply doesn't apply.

The US Court System is the envy of the World because of our Appeals process, transparency, fairness, and Jury process.

As always...if the process makes anyone feel uncomfortable, they should sell there shares and find a more comfortable stock to invest in. That's the beauty of our Financial Markets... also the envy of the World.

Your opinion has merit based on the fact that 101 decision has not been made. If we playout the scenario that corruption and greed has gone beyond the walls of ATVI and into Casper's chambers, would WDDD have any solid recourse to challenge (e.g. could they appeal) and how would this impact the other two live cases?

P.S. - My personal belief is that Casper's either extremely lazy or thorough, or she's aware of (or has encouraged) ongoing settlement discussions. Beside the obvious collusion that's occurred, I believe if some form of corruption was going to enter this case, it would have manifested itself long before this point (too many facts and water under the bridge at this point). I'm as frustrated as most, but believe the (hopefully positive) answers we've all been waiting for are only a few days/weeks away.
