Because, unfortunately they can which is we can agree is wrong. This whole movement is fan-fricken-tastic because it shines a light on the inequities between retail and professional investors AND it worked! Congressional hearings will hopefully identify and fix the inequities. We shall see.
At the end of the day we ALL HATE the fact that the big boys are able to get trading insight long before the retail investors do AND profit from it AND leave the retail investors the crumbs.
I'm just saying we will not see a $GME type move here. It's ok....and for those that bought above $15 and are down..IT'S OK...sit on it and you WILL get your money back. And for those that risked more than they can afford to lose, the answer to your problem is in the mirror.
