how could smaller scale adaption be more economical...the engineering to adapt to differing scales of differing acceptance modules would require intensive changes the multitude of hosts....trains...........trucking.small scale pipe line supply and many engineering acceptance...how about the temperature transfer of the oil with all these modalities....small scale engineering is a losing pipe dream
