PCTL was the plaintiff, the other company the defendant. The mere fact that the defendant settled, and removed all evidence of PCTL and its products form its website, something a resourceful poster here on this board pointed out a day or two ago, this clearly suggests a favorable outcome for PCTL.

LMAO "supposed lawsuit victory" That is document sent to the Judge announcing the settlement!! I'm certain it carry's much more wait with the Honorable Frank D Whitney Chief US District Judge in this Case than an announcement from the company that you would dismiss as BS anyway!!

Doubt the company will release any info about due to NDA's until it shows up in Q1 2021. Even then It will probably just say the suit has been settled again due to NDA's
