'BubbaInSC', The Aphria / Sweetwater deal closed in Nov 2020 ... revenues were accruing to Aphria thereafter.

For the year ended December 31, 2019, SweetWater Brewing Company generated net revenue and adjusted EBITDA of $66.6 million and $22.1 million, respectively, and production volume increased 7% year-over-year to nearly 261,000 barrels, twice the growth rate of the craft beer market nationally, according to the Brewers Association.

The above piece of news appeared in an article at this link.

That Sweetwater revenue number is from 12 months prior. It is approximately one quarter of Aphria's current year end Canadian Cannabis revenues. It's a significant addition.

We're already seeing revenue from Sweetwater. This past earnings report showed I think a weeks worth of their earnings. Next earnings report will show earnings from Sweetwater for the full quarter.

sweetwaterbrew - Say hey to Oasis Premium Hard Seltzer, on shelves now. Our brewers gave Oasis four dual all-natural fruit flavors for complexity and because y’all said, “hey, we like two flavors combined.” Got you, fam. You mixing it with anything or just sipping straight?
