Sorry, I thought these DD packets took time and would include cross checking in an effort to provide FACTUAL data. Otherwise it’s just part truth, part fiction - with a dose of Inaccurate on the side. This demonstrates why it’s preferable for publicly traded companies to become SEC Registrants. These changes would be required to be filed in an 8-K. For limited pinks like SHOM that only submit unvetted Disclosures, it’s merely a game of musical chairs. I'm a busy person, but never too busy to fact check inconsequential minutia provided as DD.
