Yeah if the SS was maxed out than it would be worrisome for shareholders. This is a perfect shell SS wise for an incoming company with major revs. Look at Tesoro and their merger. No RS and their OS is twice bigger than $AVVH. Let’s hope to hear something soon. Time will tell.
