First Colombia Gold Corp. is focused on the development of its mineral and oil property interests on properties located in the western United States. The Company is also engaged in the evaluation of mineral and oil property interests in other geographical areas. The Company has an option agreement to hold interests in the South Idaho Silver Project. The South Idaho Silver Project lies approximately 50 miles south of Boise, Idaho on the flanks of the Snake River Plain. The South Idaho Silver Project lies in Sections 14 and 15, Township 6 South, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Owyhee County, Idaho. Mineral rights are held by approximately eight federal unpatented lode mining claims, which cover approximately 160 acres. The Company's Boulder Hill Project consists of approximately 60 acres, including over three unpatented mining claims and an option to acquire certain rights under a contiguous lease with the State of Montana of approximately 110 acres located in Lincoln County, Montana.
