Makes me think back to that conference call when Thompson said his computer engineers had been working on classified projects for years. May be an off the radar DOD source or something that is kept under wraps in some way. Who knows. Find it interesting though that a university at that level would have students or even graduates who had been working on security clearance stuff for years. Was a strange response but implies there is more going on here then just FPV development of toys.
UPR Mayaguez is highly regarded with the likes of Google, Microsoft, etc recruiting there. Red Cat has already hired great engineering staff out of the PR university system.
