BB, why don't you call the Transfer Agent....

and find out the Truth, instead of spreading half baked speculations from Shorters?... I bet you would find that the total outstanding for SEVU is less than 19 million shares, including all the convertibles from 1999 and 2000...

If the Private Placement has been concluded in 2001, these shares will have a 1 Year restriction, in any case...
