Company has updated shareholder via twitter, CEO says no dilution.

There would be no shares to sell to institutional investors with less than a million shares out standing, if there is no dilution, so the action you keep referring to has been addressed by the CEO on a public forum.

I take it as they can't say it's canceled as it would be necessary if the bottom fell out. Hence the silence and no return on questions about it. But in reality, it should be a non-issue as the share price allows for uplisting as advertised.

You really have to read between the lines a bit as there is a lot that cannot be shared with the continuing litigation and negotiation with the cities, etc.

For those of you who have been here for years like me, recall all of those great pics of the initial equipment delivery and construction, and then poof they were gone. It felt at the time like an attorney prompted removal. It was also around that time that Nick started to be a little quieter on Twitter.

Also, I think they are keeping it quiet for major competitive reasons.
