900M is what Nevada SOS has also. OTC Markets only updated that count recently from 7.4B which it was previous to the last R/S.
Not that the A/S matters much, really. If a ticker's going to be run by a trading group, it's the O/S that matters and primarily the DTC count.
What's funny is how the restricted shares got increased after the R/S and jacked the MC up to $23.7M. That's a little high for a company that has no operating business.
