Easy $1.25-$1.50, if you can do 2 million a quarter with 3 trucks and minimal automation. Add to that the other primary ingredient (limestone) that's needed to make the cement mix is LITERALLY UNLIMITED and its mined and exported to the world from right under their FEET. Their labor is ridiculously cheap, and there's virtually no regulatory enforcement. Not to mention you can hide 100 keys of coke in every shipment of cement to the U.S.! Just kidding! there is a 50 key limit per truck,lol. But seriously they really are sitting on the perfect storm for the product, they also make a new Low C02 "green" cement(no joke) and CEMEX is touting it and selling it at 10 times the rate that PMV/Grupo/NANO/CTLE can currently produce it and it's just been introduced into the market place.
