Thank you, I believe the assets of SEEK are being liquidated to an entity that wants to do a reverse merger.

This means they may identify another entity as a receiver. A company and not an individual. So a non otc or non public company can basically take over SEEK and be part of it under SEEK stock structure. I definitely think in next couple of months something good may happen.
