About a couple months after data lock, it's possible that CVM now has the data and the report back from the independent statisticians and are working on their side now.

I agree, but my position is totally covered and not at risk. For me it's now a free ride, but I am considering but not buying options...20 (give or take) should hold....as you can see, the congress and others are trying to protect the big guys....Did you see the CEO of Interactive Brokers on CNBC...he was sweating bullets and fumbling around....it was funny!
