#62382 RE: BuddFoxx006 #62380

Budfox, here is Gekko speaking :), btw on AOB I agree with you now... anyway I was only suggesting to sell 7% of the holding which is not much.. and holding 93% is still a vote of confidence... btw, I'm glad you are back in AOB... I've been here from $1 too and been holding since then..

Budfox, Thanks for your insight on AOB... It also add my confidendce to just hold and not sell any...

I did change my mind and here are some of my post afterwards showing that decision (though I still feel the strategy to reduce the same percentage as the CEO isn't such a bad idea)
...

I guess I have been burned pne too many times with insider selling... DHB, and XWG are the example (well I didn't lost money on DHB as I have sold out before it dropped but I followed the stock after I sold, and in XWG case my huge profit dissapear.. but than again it's not caused by the insider selling but the poor performance of the company)

If AOB business performance continue to be good then it's fine to continue to hold all of our shares.. but I do hope Mr. Tony Liu did not sell anymore shares for some time.. $12M is a lot of money that he cashses in... I rememebr when the whole company worth below $30M... and that wasn't too long time ago (about 2 years ago)

Nonetheless, congratulation Tony and I think it is well deserved.. as you showed hard work ang high level of integrity (about the $2 stock option stricke price rule and as well as the no stock option issued when the stock is at $2, and no one did get options for more than one year and you didn't change the rule).. that was great demonstration of integrity..

I now agree with you... (initially I wasn't thinking right.. I was feeling fear from my previous experience of insider selling huge posistion at the peak)

but in AOB case Tony is still holding a lot more shares..

and I'm a long term shareholder.. and if I believe it will go to $20 (and your case it's $30), it doesn't amtter to me if the stock price drop again to $10 due to insider selling (provided some more selling will follow soon) as long as the comapny keeps growing and making money.. that's the key... company keeps making money...

heck. I'm going to keep AOB until they started paying dividends.. which was my original goal when I bought this stock at $1.. .30 dividend per share was my goal.... and I'll do DRIP until I need the money.. ok.. I know I'm getting ahead of myself.. but it's definitely closer now to the goal then when I bought them (maybe even more than halfway as AOB alraedy made .30+ per year)
