It owns Springfield Coach Group. Not Works LLC. There’s where you have the info messed up. The actually has never been a “Springfield” Coach WORKS. It was IMPERIAL Coach Works back when it had works in its name. After the acquisition of Plug-In Motors it changed to “Group”
