I figured that couldn't have been missed when it happened. This ticker and company are completely dead, have been for quite some time. But, hey, there are pumps being run on dead companies all over the OTC right now making brandy new bagholders.
I had to go back to about post 7000 to find the information on this, back when investors figured out ELCR wasn't stock in the new company. Just have to go back and research. Here's one, but all of the posts in that period of time are interesting reading:
