"with MedRecycler.. are we going to have any proprietary technology around the facility? I know anyone can use the pyrolysis (sp?) tech, but I'm just now sure how easy it would be to duplicate what we're doing and have done. Again, apologies as I know you've covered this before, but it's just been a crazy few weeks and I forget what you said. "

Burger King makes billions selling Whoppers.

Knowing how to bring such a process into being, business plan, location, Gov Bond funding and backing, contracts with customers, permitting (which is a major deal, there are many of them needed), EPA, City and county and state regs, health, safety, operational testing, start up, daily safety air sample testing, is all some what Proprietary once done, knowing how to run the business once this one is running, makes it easy for them to franchise MedRecycle plants coast to coast, with other peoples money for franchise fee.

The fact they got a third party firm to JV and supply the HCl Hydrochloric acid recovery equipment at no cost to SNPW, and that SNPW gets profit sharing on the HCl production is huge. Ford Motor does that shit, not penny stocks. I had an offer from Ford Motor 20 years ago, called a performance contract, I supplied the hardware in return for part of the savings Ford got. 1 Million dollar deal.

HCl , Hydrochloric acid is nasty stuff, also known as Muriatic acid, and the pyrolysis produces it when the feed stock includes PVC Poly Vinyl Chloride plastics, for instance, and they remove the HCl before they use the syn gas as fuel (or it would make Dioxins and eat the engine).

I tracked down enough of the details on this a year ago, to know this was not hillbillies using big words in the outback burning trash to generate heat for a house, or steam for a model steam engine LOL.

Or this:
