#343966 RE: Julius Erving #343964

erhe was in the triple zeros long before erhc management decided to stop reporting. So bam, reporting or non-reporting erhe was valued the same way.

But why is it no one can come up with a sensible answer to this:

With gag orders lifted and all the uncertainty caused by erhc's continued silence resulting in basically worthless, untradeable shares, why won't management give shareholders and potential buyers an update?

Something like Thanks to all the faithful erhe shareholders. While negotiations and legal matters prevent us from discussing all that is going on, be assured that, with all our shareholders' best interest as top priority, we are negotiating the best possible deal for our assets. As soon as the deal(s) is finalized we will release all details. We also commit to bringing financial reporting up to date and full disclosure going forward. This would not be difficult and if erhc can't afford an actual press release, at least put it on the website or email it to shareholders which would cost nothing.
