Once bitten. They miscalculated—badly (I won’t say they were malfeasant, just incompetent and inept). Since you’re so into “news,” how’s that CaverStem “contract with Russia” pan out? Ever seen THE FIRST clear explanation of their business plan and revenue model for CaverStem? What about their completely anemic “commercialization” efforts (with a few thousand dollars and an extra physician or two trickling in, on average, over entire quarters—and it’s not because they were charging access royalties to perform the procedure: that would make too much sense (the money’s gotta come from SOMEWHERE). Negligible revenue “streams,” to characterize it generously.
