Thom spoke about it years ago... it's still very far out. Too much happening here. I'm sure Thom will expand on his plans in time... I just don't see it making any sense to tout now. It feels like many don't know just how vast the group of infringers is right here and the dollars we stand to get from them.
Also, as we knock down each infringer, the stronger we get and the more we prove our ability as an Advocate for justice... which is what other patent holders want to see...That all said, I would expect WDDD to form JVs to pursue... still so many years out.
Lets walk before we run. Our #1 focus is the 101 decision right now that is well overdue.
#2 should be one of the 3 cases pending Activision, Linden or Microsoft to trial or settlement the sooner the better. We need a win to immediately raise both the PPS & put cash in the hopper.
It will also alert the general market the money flow has begun & it's time to get aboard.
