I agree with you 'lazur'. The market punished Valens unmercilessly, as if they were doing an equity raise to fund operations.

The Street got it wrong.

Valens invested a reasonable multiple to acquire assets including property, plant, equipment, intellectual property and distribution channels.

Buying on the dip will repay investors handsomely.
