I don't think Casper is a good Judge, she is super slow . If this case held in the other states and Judges , it might finish in 3 years, see Linden Labs, MSFT, set the timelines about 3 years. And VRNG completed (Plus several times appeals) in 4 years. Unfortunately we have no choice , have to be patient !
