Didn't you read what was posted about the OWCP insolvency - it stated that OWCP needed to file the appropriate notices to the main creditors.

Then it states that OWCP notify its over 50 employees.

So who knows what the hell Turner filed.

But keep defending Turner - it is pretty funny.
