Appreciate both of your responses. Penny stocks are always in murky waters and a history of lawsuits and pumping a $300M pipeline of acquisitions with poor past experience raises some red flags for me at the moment. Just my opinion. I always wish everyone nothing but success! I will continue to follow and keep doing my DD. GLTA
