That is what may give a reason for a lawsuit. Then we will know who knew about it. The PR said that CLX asked for a delay. Not PASO. So maybe JG knew and Bruce not? We don't know.

I don’t think there was ever an intention of letting the shareholders know. I truly believe the hack forced them to address it.
