So Turner is claiming OWCP is insolvent - which mean liquidation of assets and not a reorganization.

So the news is grim for shareholders as the stock will be canceled.

The delay was because OWCP didn't properly notify creditors.

Odd that the Claim is N/A.

But where are the documents that were filed by OWCP?
