I haven't really noticed any difference between now and when we were paying for trades.

They had outages back then too. My guess is a lot of these brokers use the same source to get their quote feeds and when they go down it takes several down with them. Never seems to last too long.

Anyone have thoughts on brokerages that are reliable?

I need to move from Schwab. They reek of incompetence.
