SNPW has not updated shareholders recently on the reverse split - at least not that I am aware of. Last information I read states it is pending with FIRNA - this is per their 10q and the 8k hasn't been cancelled that I am aware of. Do you have a link to share stating that the company will not be going forward with the reverse split for which they have filed?
And you are correct, this has been discussed many times on this Board - why hasn't the company addressed shareholders concerns here. SNPW seems to have addressed other issues via twitter that have been discussed on this Board, but not the reverse split - now isn't this odd.
