Agreed , but others may buy, especially when they see the earnings coming up soon. The lawsuits value is way way higher , but the actual company is fast moving to profitability. If you could put this away for one year I believe you will be overjoyed at your returns.
Not me.... in this for the long haul. I want to see some of those thieves pay up and I want to benefit from their greed. Earnings should be a good start and an indication as to where the needle is pointing. In a down market Netlist has held pretty well. Those waiting for $0.40 may be waiting a long time. Maybe forever.
